To the editor:
This past week, I received a letter from Wells Fargo Bank regarding our "Ft. Myers Beach Specialty Store." In other words, the little bank branch office located at 7128 Estero Boulevard. This office will be closing on June 4, 2013.
At great inconvenience to the account holders at the southern part of Estero Island, we will now have to sit in the bumper-to-bumper traffic that plagues us during season just to go to the bank. No more taking a short walk or drive. Many will choose to change to Bank of America or BB&T Bank, both located on the south end.
If you are as negatively impacted by this decision as I am, you can write with your objections to the people below.
