Officials for the third annual Putt & Pub Crawl are seeking community help in choosing a cause for the upcoming event's proceeds.
The Putt & Pub Crawl committee will be holding its first meeting soon and is reaching out to the Beach area public to submit an email or letter to offer a profit-monetary selection for the fund-raising venture.
"It does not have to be a 5013C charity," said Paula Kiker, one of the committee members. "We want any person, place, organization or fund-raising effort to participate. Our only criterion is that it must benefit someone or something on Fort Myers Beach."
All letters or emails must be submitted to Kiker no later than Nov. 30.
The third annual Putt & Pub Crawl will be held at yet-to-be-determined hole sponsor businesses on Jan. 19. Teams will be comprised of four members.
