On July 30, the Lee County Sheriff's Office took an identity theft report from a 79-year-old woman. She reported that Chase Bank notified her that someone fraudulently applied for a pre-approved credit card in her name.

The card was used to withdraw $503 from an ATM in Fort Myers.

The woman provided copies of the documents that JP Morgan Chase Bank gave her. She said she did not have any idea who could have done this.

According to officials, detectives discovered that the address used on the new account was 1398 S. Brandywine Circle, Fort Myers, which matches the address of the community office for the gated community where she lives.

Photos obtained from the ATM revealed a woman and a vehicle.

On Wednesday, detectives went to the community office and observed the vehicle in the parking lot, according to officials. Inside, authorities met with Olivares, who they identified as the woman who made the ATM withdrawal.

Olivares reportedly admitted to applying for the card, and stated that she was the person in the photos. She allegedly said she withdrew the $503.

Olivares was taken into custody and transported to the jail.

She has a court appearance scheduled for Oct. 29.
