Tropicana hosts open house event

February 18, 2012
Fort Myers Beach Bulletin, Fort Myers Beach Observer

Tropicana Co-op celebrates its one-year anniversary with an open house Parade of Homes on Sunday (Feb. 19) from 1 to 3 p.m. The event will take place at 16711 McGregor Boulevard, near the corner of McGregor Boulevard and John Morris Road.

Tropicana is a resident-owned, age 55 and older community.

This manufactured home community, with two heated pools, sundecks, a hot tub, community center, craft house, shuffleboard court and other amenities, will feature homes at an affordable price in one of Lee County's most sought-after locations. It is a short drive from the Sanibel Island Bridge.

Homes will be shown, co-op shares will be offered and greeters will provide maps at the gate. More information can be found at www.tropicanacoop.com or contact Kathy LaCombe at 952-353-0012 or Ron Covington at 590-0358.

This is a perfect opportunity for snowbirds and locals to get a look at this wonderful lifestyle at "The Gateway to Sanibel." This is the best kept secret on the Southwest coast of Florida.
